Each day, look for every opportunity to do something good for people around you, especially those you don’t like. Ask yourself what one action you can take today to raise your level of consciousness.
Select one person in your set of relationships and – for one week think positive about that person daily and perform small acts of kindness for him or her every day. After the week, take time to reflect on what you learned from the experience.
Also – identify one or two areas in which you must make some changes to continue growing into the person you want to be.
